The Lleida Lands are a territory closely linked to agricultural tradition and gather a great monumental wealth. This extends across the plain of the Ebro Great Depression to Montsant, with its capital in Lleida. The regions of La Noguera, Pla d'Urgell, Segarra, Urgell, Segrià, and les Garrigues are part of the territory, offering a wide range of proposals.

On the other hand, rock art has a strong significance within this territory. One of the most well-known is the Rock of the Moors or the Caves of Cogul, in the region of Les Garrigues.
The Lands of Lleida offer various sports attractions, especially those carried out in harmony with nature. Examples of the most recognized activities include hang gliding, paragliding, hot air balloon flights, rock climbing, cycling routes, water activities, golf, or horseback riding.
Traditional festivals held here are noteworthy. A good example of this is the Fira de Teatre al Carrer de Tàrrega, which gathers hundreds of people in its streets.
The cuisine of Terres de Lleida is a robust rural cuisine, influenced by the Mediterranean trilogy of wheat, olive oil, vegetables, and fruits from the orchard, salted fish, and meat from sheep and pigs. Its traditional dishes include "coca de Recapte," "cassola del tros," and snails. A rich cuisine with excellent local products, a characteristic feature of the region catalan cuisine!
Among its standout dishes, you'll find coca with honey, ideal for those with a sweet tooth, the trinxat of cabbage and potatoes with bacon, one of the most traditional in this cuisine, or the sweet sausage with apple, a highly recognized product in Pyrenean gastronomy.
The wines from this area have become, in recent years, the protagonists of many tables, especially the DO Costers del SegreThis is a designation that extends from the mountains of Pallars Sobirá to the fields of Segrià and Les Garrigues, passing through Noguera, Urgell, and Pla d'Urgell.
