It involves learning to make your own sparkling wine, corking it, putting on the capsule, and even creating a personalized label. A process full of magic, especially when it takes place in underground galleries where thousands of bottles from different vintages are resting. When you're done, enjoy a glass of cava and play with your fellow tasters to figure out if you're having a Dry, Extra Brut, Young cava, or a Gran Reserva.
