Les presents Condicions Generals de venda i ús regulen el lloc web campingscat.com i la compra a través del mateix, la titularitat del qual correspon a TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU. (operant sota la marca comercial Campingscat) és una societat amb domicili a Av. Catalunya, 46 43784 Corbera d'Ebre Registre Mercantil de Tarragona, amb CIF B55701015 i adreça de correu hola@campingscat.com

These conditions establish the rights and obligations of all users of this website, in relation to the products and services offered through the campingscat.com website.

The terms defined below will have the following meanings both in plural and singular.

Recipient: The person using the Gift of Experiences

Collaborator: Refers to the provider proposed by CampingsCat who provides the experience to the recipient.

Buyer: Refers to the person who purchases a gift of experiences.

1. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

   El comprador s’obliga, amb caràcter general, a utilitzar campingscat.com, a adquirir els productes i a utilitzar cadascun dels serveis de campingscat.com de conformitat amb la llei i allò establert en aquestes Condicions Generals, i haurà d’abstenir-se d’utilitzar-los en qualsevol forma que pugui impedir, causar danys o deteriorar el normal funcionament de campingscat.com per part dels usuaris o que pogués lesionar o causar danys als béns i drets de TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU, els col·laboradors que participen de campingscat.com, la resta d’usuaris o qualsevol tercer.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

   • 2.1. CampingsBox Gift Voucher

     The buyer can make their accommodation gift purchases online directly through the campingscat.com/campingsbox site.

     El xec regal és un bo regal vàlid per a bescanviar en qualsevol dels col·laboradors contemplats en la guia il·lustrada i on s’indica la prestació de cadascun d’ells, seleccionats per TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU que desitgen oferir els seus serveis a les persones beneficiàries de la CampingsBox.

     The content of the services may be redefined by the collaborators. Thus, at the time of booking a service, it is the responsibility of the beneficiary to verify the exact content of the service.

     The usage instructions for the CampingsBox are included inside it.

     La realització de la prestació està sotmesa a les condicions específiques del col·laborador seleccionat, en especial en termes d’anul·lació o modificació de la reserva, de límit d’edat i de les condicions físiques del o dels beneficiaris. Correspon doncs al beneficiari informar-se amb el col·laborador escollit sobre l’existència de les possibles condicions específiques. Qualsevol rebuig per part d’un col·laborador a realitzar la prestació per les raons citades prèviament no serà considerada com a discriminació de cap tipus ni com a incompliment, i no comportarà cap responsabilitat per part de TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU o del col·laborador implicat.

     TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU no és més que un intermediari entre el beneficiari i el col·laborador, pel que no podrà ser responsable en cas d’inexecució o de mala execució de la prestació. Es posa expressament en coneixement del beneficiari que només les condicions particulars del col·laborador seleccionat pel beneficiari s’aplicaran durant l’execució de la prestació.

     TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU es reserva el dret de posar fi a les seves relacions amb un o varis col·laboradors durant la duració de validesa del xec regal, en particular en vista d’assegurar un nivell de qualitat òptim de les prestacions. En aquestes condicions i tenint en compte la gamma oferta per CampingsBox, el beneficiari o el comprador no podran accedir a cap reemborsament.

   • 2.2. Amounts and Payment Method

     The prices of CampingsBox, published on the website, include VAT and are the ones in effect on the day of the order.

     The payment procedure is as follows:

     The buyer will select the product they wish to purchase and the number of units on the website, thus being added to their "Cart".

     Posteriorment facilitarà les dades per a l’enviament electrònic. El comprador serà responsable de la veracitat de les dades personals facilitades a TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU

     The "click" on the 'Pay' button will allow the buyer to register their order, provided they have expressly accepted the present General Sales Conditions. Finally, the buyer must proceed to enter the details of the selected credit card as the payment method.

     Payment must be made with a credit or debit card by entering directly into the designated area for this purpose, the card number, its expiration date, as well as the security code located on the back of the card. The total amount of the order will be charged to the bank card on the day of the order. CampingsBox reserves the right to suspend any order processing if the bank denies payment authorization. The website allows the buyer to transmit their banking details confidentially and securely at the time of placing the order.

     Després d’haver confirmat el pagament de la comanda, TERRA ALTA TURISME, SLU enviarà en breu un correu electrònic a l’usuari confirmant-li la compra detallant els elements adquirits amb l’import i les dades de contacte. Si el comprador no rep l’e-mail de confirmació de compra és que el pagament no s’ha realitzat correctament.

     Per a sol·licitar la corresponent factura, el comprador ha d’enviar un correu electrònic a hola@campingscat.com indicant les dades de facturació i el corresponent codi de verificació de la compra.

   • 2.3. Delivery

     The gift voucher is delivered via email, provided by the Buyer at the time of purchase, and is not subject to any additional shipping charges.

   • 2.3. Returns

     In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer will have, for their online purchases, a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the CampingsBox, without the need to justify reasons or pay fines. This right of withdrawal does not apply to online purchases made after an exchange.

     The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal:

     - Mitjançant escrit enviat per correu electrònic a: hola@campingscat.com amb el seu nom i cognoms; codi d’identificació de la compra; i el nom de la CampingsBox; per a informar a CampingsCat de la seva decisió clara i inequívoca de desistir de la seva compra en línia;

     Once CampingsCat has received the withdrawal request, they will immediately send the buyer a withdrawal acknowledgment in an email format).

     Any withdrawal requested in accordance with the conditions of this article will result in a refund of all amounts paid. The refund will be made (at no cost to the buyer) using the means of payment used for the initial transaction, except with the express and prior acceptance of the buyer of other refund methods.

     After the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the CampingsBox can no longer be used.

   • 2.4. Modification

     Dans le cas où l'acheteur, une fois l'achat effectué, aurait détecté une erreur dans ses données ou dans l'achat lui-même, il doit prendre contact par e-mail à hola@campingscat.com.

   • 2.5. Changements

     Les changements sont toujours effectués en fonction de la valeur de l'achat de la boîte cadeau CampingsBox qui sera échangée, c'est-à-dire selon le prix effectivement payé par l'acheteur, après toute réduction ou remise.

     Le changement permet de profiter d'un nouveau chèque cadeau avec une période de validité identique à la période de validité restante de la CampingsBox échangée.

3. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

   • 3.1. Validity of the gift voucher

     The gift voucher included in the online gift experience that can be purchased through this website has the following validity:

     1. It is possible that during certain times of the year, it may not be possible to make accommodation reservations at the campsite. Please check with the collaborator for available booking dates as the quota allocated for gift vouchers or for the type of room offered in the guide or website may be full.

     2. General contractual conditions may change over time, please refer to them on https://campingscat.com/

     CANCELLATION

     1. Si no compleixes amb els requisits de cancel·lació que marca el càmping col·laborador, o bé no et presentes el dia reservat, el xec regal quedarà definitivament anul·lat, sense possibilitat de reemborsament per part del col·laborador escollit ni per part de TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE - INCIDENTS

   All information and inquiries regarding purchases, returns, and the operation of CampingsBox should be directed via email to: hola@campingscat.com.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   Tots els elements de campingscat.com i de cadascun dels productes, les marques, l’estructura, selecció, ordenació i presentació dels seus continguts i els programes informàtics utilitzats en relació a aquests estan protegits per drets de propietat intel·lectual i industrial de TERRA ALTA TURISME SLU o de tercers.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

   • 6.1. Personal Data Protection

Aquesta política de privacitat juntament amb les Condicions d'Ús del lloc i la Política de Cookies estableix la base sobre la qual el lloc tractarà tota informació o totes les dades personals que recopilem dels usuaris, o que vostè ens proporcioni. Aquesta Política s'aplica a tot el lloc.
