Among its standout dishes, you'll find coca with honey, ideal for those with a sweet tooth, the trinxat of cabbage and potatoes with bacon, one of the most traditional in this cuisine, or the sweet sausage with apple, a highly recognized product in Pyrenean gastronomy.
WINES
Its winemaking tradition of more than 2,000 years and its location make it a unique wine tourism destination. The Catalan Pyrenees have the Denominations of Origin Costers del Segre and Empordà. Two excellent options for enthusiasts of this culture!
