What else can you do? The truth is that the possibilities are endless. But a very original option is often offered by some select wineries of the Cava Designation of Origin. It involves learning to make your own sparkling wine, corking it, putting on the capsule, and even creating a personalized label. A process full of magic, especially when it takes place in underground galleries where thousands of bottles from different vintages are resting. When you're done, enjoy a glass of cava and play with your fellow tasters to figure out if you're having a Dry, Extra Brut, Young cava, or a Gran Reserva.
